big blue eyes...

This was the most handsome little guy who is turning 3 in a couple week. He came all dressed for his session but he wasn't much excited about getting his photo taken so we played lots of games during his session to get him to warm up. I'm in love with his magical big blue eyes and long lashes! He was quite the little independent man but such a sweet little guy. We were all worried about the weather but it turned out to be a great afternoon. Thank you Jill, you are a great mom such a fun little 3 year old! Happy Birthday Mason! Wedding Portrait Photographers International

I am reflecting on my amazing week at WPPI 2010, I was thrilled again for the 3rd year in a row to be in attendance at WPPI Convention and Trade Show. WPPI has become the largest professional photographic convention and trade show in the country and celebrated its 30th Anniversary this year with roughtly 13,000 photograhers.

It was an amazing experience from the Business Institute I attended all day on Saturday to all the many programs & classes I attended over the week long event! My feet were tired, and I woke up at 5:30am several mornings in a row trying to get my kids out the door and off to school so I could be on my way back down to the MGM again, then only to turn around & go back again at night! I met up with some of the most amazing photographers in the country (a little "starstruck" I might add) along with getting to reconnect with some old friends, & hang out my good friend Heather Magliarditi an amazing Vegas Photographer who I adore!

The trade show rocked with over 300 vendors from all parts of the photographic industry. I even won a great new blog from ProPhoto Blogs, and I am beyond excited to get that in the works. I found some cool new products and exciting new print options that I cannot wait to pass on to everyone and actually order some for my own home!

It was just a great inspiring week to say the least....now to go through all my notes and bags of goodies, samples, etc from the trade show, I love it and loved just being in the mix with so many other photographers at one time was a blast!!! I LOVE BEING A PHOTOGRAPHER!

my favorite, in camera crop...would of liked to see more of his face but I love the feel this photo creates with the textures...



another in camera crop, obviously would want more of his head in the shot but I just love how their noses are at the brink of touching, this was a great photo moment, they were so playful and stopped to get closte to one another, I love my two babies...

sweet sisters. . .

We were blessed with a perfect Sunday, sun shining in the late afternoon winter Vegas sky, 53 or so degrees, but a little chilly at the end, which made for some rosy cheeks and it couldn't of been more fun . . . 3 sisters each with their own captivating personality and the most beautiful hair I have ever seen, each so full of life! Thank you so much Jennifer, your daughters are amazing & adorable....here are your sweet girls, a preview for you, I have so many more great images to show you, I can't wait!! Enjoy!
